The day I got my first tool belt - Quite the look, right?

The suspenders were not only fashionable, but necessary. 🤣

My brother and I started out in the family business at just 12 and 13 years old, spending our summers bagging screws for the installers, sweeping the shop floor, and pulling weeds. A few summers later, we found ourselves on the window manufacturing line, where we learned lessons that stuck with us—like the importance of producing high-quality work on time, and how even small lapses in attention to detail could impact others.

By the time I was 15, I was heading out to job sites a couple of times a week. That’s when I got my very first tool belt—passed down from a man I still respect deeply today.
