Hello!

My grandparents founded D&W Window Company in Davison, Michigan back in 1955. By the time that I came around, it was an extended family of hard working folks and a majority of my family was directly involved in the day to day operation of manufacturing and installing residential windows.  From the time that I was 12, my summers were spent pulling weeds, bagging screws for the installation crews,  sweeping the shop, and then eventually operating equipment on the assembly line. I'll admit that I hated it at the time... but I learned so many valuable lessons and wouldn't trade that experience for the world. I began installing windows when I was 15 and did so each summer until I left for college. The summers while I was in college, I did in-home sales appointments. When I graduated college, I worked in the office during the work day and ran sales appointments at night. What I'm leaving out of the story is that, while in college, I met the most beautiful woman that I know... a Tennessee Native.
